Have Your Say in the NESBp Surveys for MSP Practitioners
As part of the Northern European Sea Basins project (NESBp), two surveys have been launched to gather insights from people involved in Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP). Your experience and input will help improve the quality and usability of data, tools and processes that support MSP across European sea basins.
Why participate?
The results of these surveys will help to:
- better understand how navigation safety is addressed within maritime spatial planning across Europe;
- assess the quality, clarity and fitness-for-use of information available through EMODnet and other MSP geoplatforms.
Your contribution will support the development of recommendations to strengthen MSP practices and the data infrastructure used by the MSP community.
You can participate in the surveys until 20 December.
Survey 2 — Fitness-for-use of EMODnet & MSP Geoplatforms
This survey examines the extent to which available information on EMODnet and MSP geoplatforms is complete, accessible and suitable for use in MSP.
Who can participate?
The surveys are open to anyone active in or connected to maritime spatial planning, including:
- planners and policymakers
- users of MSP-related data
- researchers and consultants
- people working with EMODnet or MSP mapping platforms
