BEDEX: a key meeting place for defence and security in Europe
Defence, security and strategic autonomy are high on the European agenda today. The growing focus on resilience, technological innovation and the protection of critical infrastructure creates new challenges, but also new opportunities for collaboration between public and private stakeholders.
BEDEX (Brussels European Defense Exhibition & Conference) responds to these developments by providing a European platform where innovation, knowledge sharing and dialogue take centre stage. The event highlights current challenges and technological advances in defence and security while fostering the exchange of insights and expertise.
What can you expect?
BEDEX combines an international trade fair with conferences, demonstrations and networking opportunities. Visitors can discover the latest developments in defence, security, strategic technologies and dual-use applications.
In addition to companies and technology developers, policymakers, defence organisations, research institutions and international delegations will be present. Through this, BEDEX aims to become a leading meeting place for the Belgian and European defence and security community.
Practical information
BEDEX is divided into two days for professional visitors and one day for the general public. On 12 and 13 April, the event is aimed at companies, policymakers and professionals from the defence and security sectors. On 14 April, the exhibition opens its doors to the general public.
